Our office will bill your insurance company for you. We will check to see if your procedure requires prior authorization. It is the patient's responsibility to check insurance benefits and to arrange payment if Insurance payment is denied. 

Not all insurance policies will cover screening colonoscopies or office visits, even if you have a family history of colon cancer. Please call the customer service number on your insurance card to check your benefits prior to your appointment.
